Mitchell Duong and his team member (Dan Dong) were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The whole time they were providing me with market details, even from the beginning. None of the fluff of start high on an unrealistic asking price and prepare to do numerous price adjustments. The local area had soften up a bit but the team had persistently conducted numerous open houses to bring in the foot traffic.
